Mountain Chalet Storm

Chalet Storm is a spacious detached chalet suitable for 6 people. A fourth luxury bedroom can be rented in the basement, making the house suitable for 8 people.

The cosy Chalet Storm has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a basement with a technical room. There is also a carport where 2 cars can be parked covered. Chalet Storm has a large fully enclosed garden with a beautiful outdoor fireplace, a sitting area under the veranda and a BBQ.

The chalet is located in the village of Niedernsill. The village has several restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. There is a beautiful swimming lake in the village itself. The ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See are a 10/15-minute drive from the house. In summer and winter, there are endless possibilities for activities such as hiking and mountain biking. There is a train station in the village, you can visit several beautiful places such as Kaprun, Zell am See and Krimml by train.

Chalet Storm has a luxurious, open kitchen with a bar and large dining table for 8 on the ground floor. Enough space for your party to eat together or have a drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner hob, hot air oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge freezer.

Also on the ground floor is the living room with a comfortable sofa and 2 single chairs. Here you will also find the TV & DVD Player and all this around the wood-burning stove. From the room you have direct access to the terrace. You can use the games in the cupboard.

Next to the front door in the hall there is a possibility to dry your ski boots.On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and WC.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. Of these, 2 rooms are equipped with a double bed. These 2 rooms both have access to the spacious balcony with a seating area and fantastic views. The 3rd room has 2 single beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and WC on this floor.

More than 1 dog is allowed in Chalet Storm by arrangement. There is a crate and basket available. You can use a cot and highchair. Smoking is not allowed inside. There is sufficient wood available at the chalet throughout the year for the 2 wood-burning stoves.

A set of bed and bath linen will be waiting for you on arrival. This is included in the price.

A luxury bedroom is now also available in the basement. This bedroom has a double bed, a good desk (suitable as a workstation) and excellent WiFi. This room can be rented extra for 200,- per week excluding VAT.
