Payment conditions
When booking, the deposit amount mentioned on the invoice must be transferred to our account within 14 days. The remaining amount must be credited to our account 4 weeks before arrival. The deposit is 25% of the total invoice amount. Any bank charges (transfer costs) are for the account of the tenant, your booking is only final when the deposit has been credited to our account.
If you book last minute (3 weeks before arrival) the total invoice amount must be paid in full and immediately.
After booking, you will receive confirmation, invoice and directions by e-mail.
Cancellation conditions
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival you pay 25% of the total amount, if you cancel 6 to 4 weeks before arrival you pay 50% of the total amount and if you cancel within 4 weeks before departure we are obliged to charge the full amount.
Departure earlier than agreed, regardless of the cause or reason, will not lead to a refund of all or part of the rent and costs for final cleaning and electricity.
Payment of a deposit on arrival (€ 100.00) which will be refunded on departure minus the costs for:
Final cleaning € 100.00.
Other costs to be paid before departure:
- Tourist tax (€2.05 p.p.p.n. from 15 years of age).
- Retention in case of damage suffered by the landlord for/due to repair, replacement and/or depreciation must be paid before departure.
- Electricity is included in the price up to € 10.00 per day. Due to rapidly changing electricity prices, a surcharge of €75/week will be charged (this expires on 31-12-2024 at unchanged costs)
- Use of wallbox e-car chalet Down Under € 80.00 per week.
Please note that bookings made via the internet are final.
Remaining information
Rubbish to be put outside on departure (see information folder).
Kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are provided. Bed linen must be removed from the beds on departure and collected together with kitchen linen and towels.
Water and feeding troughs are provided in the chalets.
In the villages and/or other public places the dog(s) must always be leashed, the faeces must be cleaned up at all times regardless of whether inside or outside the built-up area.
The information folder contains the route to the places where dogs can run free. There are also walks in the folder where the dog can run loose.
The key is in the key box next to the door, the code will be given to you before arrival.
All beds are 80 cm wide and 200 cm long and both mattresses and duvets are single. All beds and duvets are covered with protection covers and mattress protectors for extra protection.
